Lee Kuan Yew's Passing

Disclaimer: do note that this post is all based on my personal opinion and it does not mean anything offensive at all.

So on Monday 23 March 2015, we got the news that late Mr Lee had passed away on Sunday at 3.18am. This was a really sad news for Singapore because we have lost a great founding people like what a lot of people have said. Its true, although I am not in the era of my parents or so....  but thing is if ain't for Late Mr Lee Kuan Yew there wouldn't be Singapore right here and right now. For all the things that we have right now, thank you Mr Lee.

So, definitely, not just by talking over here.... i did pay my tribute to him... at the community centre (on Monday) due to the fact that my RC is going to pay our respect and so I went down along with them.. and another trip was going down to the parliament house (on thursday) because my company gave us time off of 2 hours to head down. And its like, we were pretty worried as we saw that the waiting time was 8 hours or so... it was really bad the situation of thd waiting time. However, thankfully, we managed to get a waiting time of 4.5 hours and get to pay our respects to late Mr LKY. Thankfully..

For the fact that on Thursday, I actually have a meeting with Lapat and Rebecca (iras tcos). It was Lapat's last day on Friday and we wanted to have this dinner since like forever. And so we did. Felt really exhausted due to the queuing up at parliament house but this didnt deter me from meeting them. Everything needs to be prioritised. And so I allocated it well.

Basically that's about it. And I find that this week has been a rough week. Let us just hope the Late Mr Lee Kuan Yew legacy continues on from where he left it by the the younger generation. Thank you.
